Strict barbell row starting from the floor each rep for explosive pulling power.

Instructions
Bar on floor, hinge to horizontal torso. Explosively pull bar to lower chest, return bar to floor completely each rep.
Common Mistakes
Raising torso to help pull, not returning to floor, partial range.
