What are Training Programs? +
Pro users can generate multi-week training programs. You set the goal, duration (4–16 weeks), and sessions per week — Claude designs a progressive weekly structure. Individual workouts within the program adapt based on your logged performance.
Do I need equipment to use FitScout? +
No. FitScout generates bodyweight-only workouts just as effectively as equipment-based ones. You can set up an equipment profile, leave it empty, or skip it entirely.
Can I cancel Pro anytime? +
Yes. Cancel anytime from your billing portal. You keep Pro access until the end of your paid period, then revert to Free automatically.
