Single arm Olympic-style snatch with a dumbbell.

Instructions
Hold dumbbell between feet. Drive hips explosively, pull dumbbell overhead in one motion, catch with arm fully extended.
Common Mistakes
Pulling with arm early, not locking out overhead, poor hip extension.
